Learning & development

Everyone at Northern.tech is provided with free books and given help to attend conferences and workshops. All are encouraged to learn new skills using "value–add" time, when we can set aside our normal tasks to work on anything we like! We also share our knowledge with each other during company cabin trips and educational lunch talks.
