When developing Mender, we did so in concert with more than 100 embedded system developers from small to large companies. Our product CFEngine helps the world's largest organizations automate their IT-infrastructure. The feedback from our customer greatly influence the product roadmap.

Since we started tracking customer support satisfaction rate in September 2015, we have per May 2017, an average satisfaction rate of 99.64%.
